Refund Policy

At The Rising Woman Conference, we are committed to providing a meaningful and empowering experience for all our attendees. We understand that plans can change, so we have created this refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all involved.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund (Up to [60] days before the event): If you cancel your registration more than [60] days before the event, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees (if applicable).
  • Partial Refund (Up to [30] days before the event): If you cancel your registration between [30] and [25] days before the event, you will receive a [50]% refund of your registration fee, minus any processing fees (if applicable).
  • No Refund (Less than [10] days before the event): Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made [9] days or less before the event.
  1. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name
  • Registration details (e.g., order number, ticket type)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of cancellation request

Our team will process your request and notify you of your refund status within [10] business days.

  1. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend the event but would like to transfer your registration to another person, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • Transfers must be requested via email at least [14] days prior to the event.
  • The new attendee must meet all the event requirements (e.g., ticket type, payment).

  1. Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that The Rising Woman Conference is postponed or canceled, all registered attendees will be notified immediately.

  • If the event is canceled: You will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
  • If the event is postponed: You will have the option to either:
    • Transfer your registration to the new event date, or
    • Request a refund if you are unable to attend the new event date.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel or accommodations) if the event is postponed or canceled.

  1. Special Circumstances
